here is a trick i know and always use to clear my teeth and also sterilize my mouth at the same time.. this is true and i have been doing it for years.. do you know Milton sterilizing fluid?? well you gargle half a mouth full for say 15 seconds (do NOT swallow as contains bleach) leave the liquid in you mouth, put in toothbrush and brush hard for 15 seconds aprox.. spit out and rinse out your mouth .. please note it is difficult to keep in your mouth as it can sting a bit.. no joke.
